Waltham Dating Help

Can anyone help me date this Waltham? My dad gave it to me years ago and I can't find anything on this particular model. It reads "17 Jewels" and has a bezel back, and that's about all I know.

I would guess from the style and day date that it's probably from the late 50s. Look on the inside I would almost bet it has a Swiss Movmt. They really stopped production in the 50s and were using Swiss sourced mvmts until they went out of business. But this is just an educated guess.
