Thanks for the link, that was great! I recently discovered those links to the old Pop Sci magazines, and have really enjoyed looking through them.

Now I'm gonna have to find an Auto-Strop because I need to lose 10 years in one month so that I can find a new job!

I particularly like the quantifications in the old ads. The 78 second Autostrop shave. Gem blades were stropped 4,840 separate times.

...and, of course, Ivory soap was 99 44/100% pure.
