    Default I think I like the Gillette 3 piece

    Whipped up some lather from some TGQ soap, popped an iridium blade from the SS that had two shaves on it into the 3 piece, did a nice leisurely shave...did the three passes instead of my usual two...and got the best shave I think I've had in awhile...and I've been getting damn good shaves!

    Glad I picked up the 3 piece when I got the SS!

    The three piece Gillettes, from the first to the last Tech, give up little to the TTO razors that Gillette made in terms of the shave.

    In fact, an open comb three piece like an ABC pocket, NEW or Bostonian is what I'd reach for if the fate of the world rested on my ability to get a BBS shave.

    Yeah, I often ponder such eventualities....
