    Default Mitchum's deo?

Hi guys. Going to a hot country on business and need a very good deoderant. Do not want to be the sweaty Scot! Saw Mitchum's making great claims to being very different and effective. In your experience is it any good?

I tried it and it worked. I normally use the Old Spice kind, xtreme avalanche tornando rush scent or something, and it works too. I can't tell you if it's like a super deodorant. I liked it though.

If you want something that will work really well, try Certain-Dri. This is something you put on at night after a shower and use you regular deo during the day. It's supposed to work for 36 hours, but I use it every other day when its warm. It works really well though.

Interesting, I've never heard of a product like that, may have to look into that for this summer...

I used to get it via rx from my doc, but they started to sell it over the counter some years back. I usually pick it up at Walgreens.

Used it for over a decade until I started using Speed Stick to save money. Kids are expensive.

works for me. sort of clumps and pulls at the hair when drying, but not after 5 min or so.

Hmmmm. I used to use Mitchums but that was a while back. Maybe I'll have to revisit.

Mitchum is all I use. I found the other main stream deodorants useless. I use the roll-on mainly. Last ages. The down side is that it takes ages to dry too. You end up looking like your doing the YMCA actions for about 5 mins!

The spray is really good too. IMHO it beats all other sprays I've tried. Bottom line. Roll-on if you've time. Spray if you don't. Recommended by me!

Default I can't recall ever using any other AP/Deo...

Dunno if you were looking for ONLY a deodorant or a Deodorant & Antiperspirant but I don't sweat too much so I usually prefer just a deodorant (with no antiperspirant). However, if I'm expecting to work to a lot of labor and work up a sweat I'll grab my Mitchum. It's very effective, so much so that I prefer not to use it. Consequently it lasts a long time. I prefer the unscented Gels and last time I grabbed the "sensitive" one.

The "unscented" is all I use.

The Mitchum unscented gel is what I mainly use. I try other deodorants and antiperspirants from time to time, but always end up coming back to the Mitchum.

Yup I love it. Have used it for a couple of years and it's never failed me and I do quite a lot of dancing. It'll hold up no problem for a day long swing dance workshop so that's a pretty good test of it!

I tried a new natural deodorant recently and I regret it. In fact I used it today and just shot a photo shoot and now can smell my sweat - ugh. Mitchum - I will never stray again!

I have Certain Dri. It works better than anything I've ever used, but begins to cause serious irritation after a couple of days even if I don't reapply it. So from now on, I'll just use it whenever I need one day that 100%, absolutely needs to be dry for me.

Ditto the above, Mitchum works better than any other I've tried.

If you have Big Lots near you, check 'em out - they always have Mitchum in stock (gel and solid, usually) and cheaper than you'll find anywhere else.
