Thumbs up NOS Ever-Ready Brushes & Pall Mall

I was out again today and I came across some boxes that I thought resembled brushes. In fact they were NOS shaving brushes! I couldnt believe it. So I bought all of them

Heres some pics for everyone to see.

Thanks! I never seen a Pall Mall brush before this one and the Clear Ever-Ready just looks awesome. I had to pay a small fortune for these since they were in the boxes but well worth it to me.

I would like an opinion if I should restore the Black & Yellow handle Ever-Ready or keep it original?

I think there are four items in this world that combined can solve any problem. They are: A pair of pliers, Duct Tape, paperclip/wire, and Barbicide.

So these are my acquisitions for the past month. I've been out of town for the last three weeks and managed to pick up some stuff on the road and also got some stuff mailed to my house. This is the first major re-stock I've done in 2+ years. SWMBO gave me that "silly boy" look while I was unpacking and taking stock.

    K3 Gillette Slim (thanks toeknee!!)

Alum block, Ogallala Bay Rum and Sandalwood soap, Ogallala Bay Rum Limes and Peppercorns soap, Muhle Sea Buckthorn soap, Pre de Provence soap, Erasmic shave stick (thanks toeknee!)

Re-stock of the Derby supply plus some extras I want to try again

Omega 81229 Boar (wanted to try a better than VDH Boar) and Conk metal bowl

Clumban AS, Old Spice Classic AS, Thayer's Medicated SuperHazel, Ogallala Bay Rum Limes and Peppercorns AS, Alt-Innsbruck (can't wait to try this one!)

The Real Shaving Co. Shave Cream & Post Shave Balm, The Body Shop Maca Root Shave Cream, The Body Shop synthetic brush

My Trumper's Sampler finally came in (I'm still waiting on the T&H sampler)

Here's what got "the look" from the wifey. Got some extras in there that's going out in a newbie kit soon

Thanks for the info. It's great to know what it is. I assumed it was a ladies razor due to the curved head but apart from that, had no idea. What a wealth of knowledge this forum is.

I've just managed to win an auction for a wooden Richwood case. It comes with a gold fat handled Tech and gold blade case but I've actually got the right razor and blade case at home for it so I'll be able to make up a complete set. It's nice to be able to put back sets of razors and cases. Hopefully they'll never be seperated again.

I recently bought a nice gold St Dupont lighter but I'm struggling to find the proper little gas cartridges to fill it. Luckily there's a bloke on eBay that makes an adaptor so you can fill the Dupont from a standard butane can.

Here we have a nice lapped Swaty hone.
    An 11/16 Zak Solingen FH,
and a beautiful 5/8 Boker FH with barber's notch, ornate scales, and what appears to be ivory on the tang, circa 1900-1905(?). Sadly, the Boker is leaving me tomorrow for restoration.
