What is uberlather?

Look up "Pastor" he has a youtube video on it and coined the term. It's essentially a combo of shave soap with a bit of shave cream and glycerine added to make both a slick and cushiony lather. I'm now addicted, it's the only way I lather. especially good if you have hard water like me.

Has anyone experimented with uberlather? I saw that Pastor uses just the water from the shave soap and then uses a cream. Wonder if it would work using the water from the shave soap and then just using the soap to load the brush. I'm assuming the main thing that make the lather "uber" is the glycerin.

Welcome to the secret society.

The first rule of überlather is: You do not talk about überlather.
The second rule of überlather is: You DO NOT TALK about überlather.

What does it mean to "coin a term"?

To coin a phrase ( or a term) is to invent a figure of speech. Finley Peter Dunne was the first person to call a left-handed pitcher a "southpaw," and so he is said to have coined the term.
"Now that you know the secret, we have to kill you". Well they did say that in a movie I saw once.
