  1. Default Speick aftershave lotion or balm?

What are your recommendations? Is one more hydrating than the other (I tend to had dry skin)?

    Thanks!

The lotion is a splash with alcohol. However, it does have ingredients that help condition the skin.

I have dry skin and love splash, one of the very few.

The balm is quite different and smells different. It is a milky moisturizing cream lightly scented. I quite like it also, especially now in the dry cold weather.

I actually use one after another. The lotion as an antiseptic and for scent, the balm as a moisturizer.

My advice is to try the lotion first.

Thanks, I will need to add that to the incredibly long list of items I wish to purchase. I actually made a spread sheet today.

I don't like balms as much in general, so my vote would be for the splash.

+1 Pretty much my exact sentiments.

Speick splash is excellent stuff and it doesn't dry my skin. Overall, I am a big fan of splashes, but I like to keep a trusty balm or two around for winter when I get some naturally occurring dryness.

The Speick balm is definitely a nice balm. The scent isn't going to send you off feeling like a dapper dandy, rather, it's fairly straightforward and utilitarian...and on most days that's just the way I like it.

I guess what I mean is...both products work great for me.

I haven't used the lotion. I rate the balm top - moisturizing and with a nice bitter scent. I use is several times a week in the cooler weather rotated with some others. The scent can take some getting used to, but I like it a lot.

I have not tried the Balm (I dislike Balms), but the splash (lotion) is amazing: great scent, and it seems to condition the face better than other aftershaves.

I had the same dilemma when ordering my Speick aftershave. I chose the splash despite thinking I'd prefer the balm. I'm glad I did, the splash is awesome. Very light, natural, herby scented...no burn at all really, at least not compared to some of my other splashes like the Proraso. Very mild actually. I am completely happy with my speick splash! Hope you are as well!

    SPEICK! SPEICK! SPEICK!

Love the stuff through and through. As I've said a hundred times before.
