Monday: 2006 George T Stagg bourbon
Tuesday: 2006 William LaRue Weller bourbon
Wednesday: Thomas H Handy rye (Is the the world's best whisk(e)y? I don't know, but it's the best I've had!)
Tonight: I'm think perhaps some Willet rye
Tomorrow: Friday is champagne night in my house; we'll likely have Billecart Salmon NV brut

Tonight I've successfully shaved without re-opening tthe wound at the side of my chin.

Tomorrow night, I'll be in a hotel room in London with my two sons, prior to watching West Ham play football on Saturday, so won't have access to a suitable indulgence.

Put the two together and I have decided on a champagne night

Charles Heidseick Mis en Cave 2000 to be precise

Tonight:

Deep Dish Pizza from Armand's
Rolling Rock
Flags of Our Fathers on DVD
Highland Park 12 year after my wife went to bed

I made Prime rib for dinner Friday night for me and my wife. Best roast I ever made with a perfect rare/medium rare center.

A wee two fingers of Blanton's Bourbon. One of Kentucky's finest. By the way Iceman, great book. Shackleton was an amazing man and inspirational leader of men.
