What's your workout today?

20.7 road bike miles. The sustained east wind we've had since Matthew left the area have been great for my westbound warm up, but a killer on the way home. Downed a Glukos gel with about 6 miles left to get me home. Great riding weather here now! I did about a three mile cool down around the neighborhood since it's so nice this evening.

10.4 MTB miles. The flat, meadow portion of the local singletrack is more fun with the improved berms and added mounds. Coulda used a bigger berm when I separated my shoulder earlier this year.
