Ouch10.4 MTB miles. The flat, meadow portion of the local singletrack is more fun with the improved berms and added mounds. Coulda used a bigger berm when I separated my shoulder earlier this year.
..I ran to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee...
Couldn't find time to work out the last few months and now my lower back is hurting.
