Saturday, 3 mile walk with pooch, 11 mile run by myself.
Sunday, 3 mile walk with pooch.
Today, 2.2 mile walk with pooch, she had a blast, first time she's seen snow.
Then a 5 mile run by myself through the snow.
 
Yesterday- 30 min elliptical, 2.75 mi.

Today
Squat 185lbs 3x5
Overhead press 90lbs 3x5
Lat pull down (chin up grip) 130lbs 3x5
