Must have had a skunky beer last night. Ya that's why the squats were ugly.
 
Went back to the bar last night after a few months (more like 6 :glare: ) of rehab for a sliced thumb and carpal tunnel surgery. It's your standard 5x5. I'm playing it safe and starting out pretty low and ramping up back to maxes:

- 3 work sets of Back Squats to 135lbs w/ warmups
- 3 work sets of Bench to 90lbs w/ warmups
- 1 work set of Deadlifts to 185lbs w/ warmups
Stretching

Felt good to break a sweat with a bar instead of a jump rope for once. Hand felt good, too.

edit: also, my deadlift form sucks. I love the deadlift, but the deadlift does not love me back...
