All kinds of issues coming off the floor today for snatch and cleans. Had to reset from the power position more often than not. On the plus side I was making good contact in the proper area on many reps.
Triceps pull down , biceps (curls), shoulder press, body weight dips, trap shrugs, rowed 2 miles, pec flys, wall sits, sit ups, body weight squats, and finished off a 5.2 mile bike ride.
