Hammer Military Press x3, Wide Grip Upright Rows x3, Hammer lateral raise x 3, Reverse Pec Deck Flyes x3 (weight added progressively for each set).

Leg extension x3, standing leg curls x3, Adductor machine x3 then Abductor Machine x 3. (weight added progressively for each set).

20 minutes in sauna.
 
Hammer Rows x3, Wide Grip Lat Pull Downs front x 3, Long Cable Rows x3, Close grip pull downs to the rear x3 (all progressive weight).

Incline dumbbell curl x 3, preacher curls x3, Dumbbell Concentration Curls x3, Hammer Curls x3 (progressive weight)

Finished off with 20 minutes in the sauna
 
Incline Press x3, Pec Deck Flyes x3, Hammer Dips x3, Bench Press X3, . All done with progressive weight added.

Triceps Press-Downs x 3, Skull Crushers x3, Long Cable Triceps Extensions x3, Dumbbell Kickbacks x3. All sets above done with weight added progressively.

I know there isn't a ton of Crossfit fans here... But today we did Murph. It was my first time doing it, and it took me 59:42. But, I couldn't be more proud to have have done it today, with an amazing group of friends!

Hand care young man is paramount, rub some salt in that to help it heal. Congratulations on finishing Murph. I actually enjoy doing that workout.

Larry Scott Triceps Press-Downs x 3, Close Grip Bench Press x3 , Cable Overhead Extensions x3, Lying Dumbbell Triceps Extension x3. All sets above done with weight added progressively.

1350 yd swim today, and a diagnosis of a complex tear of the medial meniscus in my left knee. An arthroscope is likely in my near future.

17.7 road bike miles. Conceded going out into a west wind (sea breeze), banking on a tailwind home, but hit the gust front of an approaching thunderstorm, bringing me to a near standstill, over the last mile east.
