P90X Back & Biceps
Yesterday - intervals, followed by bodyweight single leg squats, static lunge, db overhead press, db bench press, db row, ab work. 2x15 for all exercises. I felt it in my hips and glutes yesterday after the workout, and feel it over my whole body today. I don't think I was recovered enough from Monday's DL workout.

20min elliptical
alternated dumbbell deadlifts & squats - 3 sets 8-10 reps
varied hip raises for the glutes
straight leg calf raises - 4 sets 8-10 reps each
bent leg calf raises - 4 sets 8-10 reps each
20min elliptical
alternated flat & incline dumbbell bench press - 4 sets 8-10 reps
alternated dumbbell side bends (3 sets 8 reps) and decline weighted crunches (3 sets 20-30 reps)

P90X- chest, shoulders & triceps
Chest, arms, abs. Still nursing a foot injury that's kept me from running the last 2 weeks. Crawling out of my skin tbh.
Front, one-legged and side plank workout. Followed by Simulated Hill repeats on a treadmill : 6 x 4' @ 6% grade @5.8mph with 5' @ 2% grade @4.4mph recovery. 10' warmup and cooldown @2% grade @4.4 mph. Good stuff.
