Currently easing my may into Cross Fit Endurance

    Today:
    Warm-up
3 Rounds Barbell Complex @ 95lb. Barbell Complex is 6 Dead Lifts, 6 upright rows, 6 hanging power cleans, 6 front squats, 6 presses & 6 back squats completed as one set. (killer work out if you have never tried it) The key is to set a weight that is heavy but allows you to complete all the exercises with out putting the bar down.

    Workout:
10 sets of 2 Deadlifts followed by max number of pull ups completed on the 1 minute cycle.

Going to try and go for a run later tonight.

    Daily squats to 315
    Deadlifts to 335

    185,220,255,290,315,335

Had full intentions of doing conditioning tonight but on the last rep of 335 I either relaxed at the top or leaned back and I could feel something in my back so I decided to play it safe and foam rolled for the rest of the time.

1 hour bike riding on the trails, hybrid as well: 70% asphalt / 30% dirt. I should get one of those thingies that tell you your distance.

I use a Garmin Edge 800, which has GPS and heart rate monitor. To me, it's been a real motivator.

Looks very nice, and unfortunately well beyond my price range. I'll have to take a look at some of this stuff, and then keep an eye out for sales.

63 miles with the bike club to Marine on St. Croix, MN and back. The climb out of the St. Croix River valley will put a burn in the legs!
