I've succumbed to the NROL hype and started the break-in program this week. Squats killed me on Tuesday (after a 6mo hiatus), but I went ahead with workout B on Thursday. I did a 3mi treadmill run, followed by DL, stepups, db bench, db overhead press, assisted chins and abs. 15 reps requires *really* lightening up on the weights and brings the form into focus. On some of the exercises I still have to dial in the correct weight, but so far feeling good about it.
20min elliptical
dumbbells - now generally at 4 sets/8-11 reps: straight-leg deadlifts, squats, bent-leg calf raises & straight-leg calf raises
a few variations of hip raises for the glutes
Legs and a 3 mile run

Finished the wallball for the fourth round and saw there was about 30 seconds left on the clock and went ya that's not going to happen. I'm starting to think that maybe beers on Friday, Saturday and Sunday may not be a good thing. That or I had some bad beer on Sunday, ya that must have been it.
If somethings important you'll find a way, if not you'll find an excuse.
