    40 kilometer ride on my road bike. Longest distance I've ever done, and I'm feeling it, but I'm very pleased that I was able to do it. In two weeks' time, I'll be in Berlin for the Berlin Velothon 60 kilometer distance, but then I'll be going with colleagues, and will have friends to help with motivation.

    Legs yesterday and boy did I destroy them. I always know I had a good leg day because I'm usually puking and can't get off the toilet the next few days.

    Went on a nice, long backpacking trip. That unlocked a slew of Fitocracy quests. :)

    Back to lifting tonight. I've missed my last several workouts hiking and the prep before.

    8 min AMRAP 5 deadlifts at 185 and 15 push-ups. Got 9 Rounds. Then two mile run.

    Max out on squat = 325
    Max out shoulder press = 145
    pull ups
    pull overs
    kb swings
    ab wheel
    3 min max distance on rower = 850 meters

    Kind of a random day. My shoulders are finally getting stronger, but are still a far cry from where they were 2 years ago.

    I haven't posted for a while. Today was a 4mi run on the treadmill, followed by pushups, assisted pullups, and overhead presses.

    NIce run today, temp dropped about 35 degrees from last weekend, that really, really, really helps.

    A bit over 5 miles total, a touch over 3 at tempo pace.
