Bhaaaa... "push ups", "sit ups", miles of running"...
My workout for today... I gone tell you guys something about MY WORKOUT, for today!!!!

But be aware... cover your eyes, if this is TO MUCH for you...
and mods, please delete if you think this is "UNHEALTHY or UNREAL" of some kind...

Today... I have to go into the city with TOWMBO... to do some serious SHOPPING!!!!!
DANG... now you guy's KNOW, what kind of ORDEAL me his waiting today!!!! :hang:
 
Shoveling a foot of wet, heavy snow. At the rate it's coming down I'll do it again this evening.

You actually shoveled it? We got dumped on here last night and I'm done with the shoveling. Mother nature can take care of it from on. She made the mess, she can clean it up.
 
CrossFit games open workout #2

15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (155lbs / 70kg)
12 Push-ups ( full extension at the top, chest on the floor at the bottom and the hands must come up off the floor)
15 Box jumps (24")

8 rds + 6 deadlifts

Oh man can 15 minutes ever drag. That was horrible.
