Should have switched to squat cleans at 180 but I was curious as to how far I could go with power cleans. Now I know. It took a couple of really fugly attempts before I got the last rep.

Yesterday I stuck my toe in the waters of Oly lifting again. Back to shoulder press, squats and deadlifts. I also snuck some straight bar curls in at the end. Finished off with pull-ups, abs and thirty minutes of intervals on the treadmill. Felt great. I worked light but I felt strong. Hopefully I'll be back to speed next week.
 
In a minute I'm off to do a one-mile Thanksgiving "Turkey Trot" with my wife and kids, so I presume my workout will consist mainly of carrying a three-year old for .99 miles. :biggrin1:

I could have gone heavier, not 315 mind you, but seeing as this was my first go with sumo I went low.
Holy working the lower body differently then conventional dead lifts.
