Lost all the time on the KTEs. Did the first two rounds unbroken, the third was unbroken sets of 3. Nice little grip workout.

Wow, been a while since I've posted here!

Yesterday was:

3x5 Back Squat @290
3x5 Bench Press @230
3x8 Pullups @ +25#


PUs were really weak... Maybe GTG'd too hard the day before. Really need to get a metcon in soon, but not looking like I'll be able to do anything other than Tabatas in my room during midterms/hell week.
