5 mins recumbent bike
20 flat calf/achilles stretch
20 flat calf/achilles stretch with gastroc rotation
30 split squats (no pad)
4x8 leg extensions, 35 lbs
Prone quad stretches, 5x30 sec, both legs
4x8 side squats holding 10 lb weight, both legs
3x12 back arches
2x side steps with resistance band
2x 'monster walk' with resistance band
4x10 deadlift, 115 lbs
4x1 min balance board (side to side, front to back, 2x diagonals)

This past week, Planet fitness Spokane Washington , then Oregon, Salem , then South Dakota , Springfield Illinois , Tennessee Knoxville , tonight Statesville north Carolina planet fitness . .full body workout , ccardio.

It's getting there! The rehab is hard work, even for a simple procedure like mine was. The docs don't tell you that it takes 6 weeks for you to even be able to start building the muscle mass required to compensate for the loss of meniscus.

I had reconstruction of my shoulder , reattached bicep twice, reconstruction of my ankle, mid back and low back herniated disk, neck 2 disck herniated from auto accident and finally a recent elbow light fracture . I may know from experience that you will recover if you stay the course with your therapy :thumbup:
