What's your workout today?

Thanks. It's muscle pain, not the usual knee pain which I generally have after 2 scopes for meniscus issues.

I am not a big guy and still not all that strong. I am still lifting more than I ever have and don't want to give up technique for the sake of a few extra pounds. I just couldn't squeeze the 4 rep in and ended having to put the bar down on the rack 3 times (5,5,3,3,3) but that is part of it and glad to have the power rack to lift in.

A couple of days off now to rest and try again for 5x5 on Sunday.

Felt like crap all day and my left knee was quite stiff and sore since Sunday. All around a blech kind of day
