What's your workout today?

About a month ago, I got a set of Ironmaster adjustable dumbbells and started working out. I do the following full-body dumbbell workout (3 sets, 12 reps) Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays:

-standing dumbbell curl
-standing overhead dumbbell press
-bent-over dumbbell row
-flat bench dumbbell press
-dumbbell squats
-skull crushers
-standing dumbbell side raise
-dumbbell twist curl
-dumbbell lunges
-incline bench dumbbell press
-one-arm triceps extensions
-one-arm rows
 
5 sets of 5:
Bench Press - 115 lb.
Bent-Over Barbell Row - 110 lb.
Standing Military Press - 85 lb.

2 sets of 1 minute: Planks

2 sets of 25: Leg Raises
 
100 pushups, 50 pullups, 50 chinups, 100 crunches. Was in a bit of a hurry today, so I just rocked out some basics. It's been a hectic week.
