I do the following full-body dumbbell workout (3 sets, 12 reps) Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: -standing dumbbell curl -standing overhead dumbbell press -bent-over dumbbell row -flat bench dumbbell press -dumbbell squats -skull crushers -standing dumbbell side raise -dumbbell twist curl -dumbbell lunges -incline bench dumbbell press -one-arm triceps extensions -one-arm rows
