Couldn't quite lock out the last rep. I even tried to shimmy shake the sob up, had to set it down though as things were getting a bit too dark for my liking.
Front squats to 260x5

Ending the week with back to back failures wasn't an option so I channeled my inner meathead and loaded up 260 and got a PR for weight and reps. Now I just have to avoid the coaches for a while.
Deadlift to 460x5

Only reason no one heard me swearing was that one of the guys doing cleans was swearing louder at the time. I don't mind failing because it's too heavy like last week but failing due to crappy technique annoys the you know what out of me.
