Dumbbell Leg Curls 2 sets (strap dumbbell to my boot with a web belt)

Stance was way to wide at 290 and had to work way too hard.

"Beat the Streets"
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
40 Kettlebell Swings (1.5 pood)
30 Burpees
20 Chinups (chest to bar)
10 Front Squats (135 pounds)
Team of two people with one person working at a time.

Really good exertion headache after this one.
