What's your workout today?

I was on my road-bike yesterday, for the shortest leg on the "store Styrkeprøven" road race, from Eidsvoll to Oslo, 59 kilometers. My official time was 3:13:19.
 
Today I ran the 5K portion of a Sprint distance triathlon. My wife, a friend, & I placed 3rd out of the 7 CO-ED teams.
 
Been trying to ride out Tropical Storm Debbie on the boat so my workouts have been lacking here lately but i did manage to do Chest/Tri's today. We dropped the hook off of Lauderdale to wait till she passes.

I've been helping a friend clean out his mother's apartment for the last two days, packing books, taking down bookshelves, cupboards and the entire kitchen, and carrying a lot of crap to the dumpster they've hired. A pretty great workout.
