It was supposed to be 15 squats but apparently one of the trainers didn't think that killed the legs enough so she made it 25. Could have been worse I guess.

When I was doing it I made up every excuse in the world to skip workouts but luckily I completed the program. I finally told myself, "I don't care if it kills me, I am finishing the 90 days." The first month was rough but I completed the program and it was a life changing experience. If you're having a difficult time during the first three or four exercises during Ab Ripper it might be a good idea to lay down on the ground to support the lower back.
