Yesterday I lifted for the first time in years. After a year of using running & cycling to get in better shape I am down to what I weighed before 6 years of desk jobs. I am ready to stop loosing & put on some muscle.

Yesterday was legs. I didn't go full on since I'm restarting, but I'm going with German Volume style training.
 
Leg Day today....i hate leg day lol
Plus Calves, Abs, and Forearms which i do 6 days a week.
Tomorrow is Back/Chest/Shoulders
 
Squats, Arnolds, Power Cleans, DB tricep extensions. Could have been a better workout - was not feeling very strong.
