What's your workout today?

Had a rough days on shoulders today. 30 minutes arc trainer and 20 minutes walking 5 percent incline 4mph on the treadmill.
 
I recently finished the classic program of P90X and am now on day 4 of Insanity. It's completely different and much more cardio intensive.
 
3x a week routine
25 minute elliptical cardio start on 2nd floor
walk down to 1st floor
stretch out 15 minutes with shoes off on mats
walk back up to 4th floor
25lb for biceps 2 sets
60lb for triceps 2 sets
pull down press 105lb 1 set..2nd set is 90lb
80lb push up press 2 sets
walk back down to 1st floor take nice hot shower


What can I say im 5'7 215lb..like my grandpa "strong like a horse" he would say

I fitted the MTB with 29ers today, and took it out for a quick spin in the rain. Feels awesome, that bike is getting better with each modification I make, but these tires are something else altogether!
 
10-mile ride on my offroad bike. I took it up to Frognerseteren, then let rip down the sledding track "korketrekkeren" (the screwdriver). Man, oh MAN that was a lot of fun!
