45 minutes to an hour on the crosstrainer
Curling weight reps
200 situps program

Everyday is more or less the same with alternating 200 situps or 100 push ups programs.

<edit> I'm down 10KG since December that's over 22lb for the US people, I'm hoping to lose another 30lb to get to my goal.
 
slipped outside during lunch for a 5 mile run. Tough not to take advantage of 70+ degree March weather in New England.
 
Strength workout = 5 x 3 strict press (not a good movement for me. Only did 135#)
Skill practice = handstand walks; 5 minutes

Conditioning

As many rounds as possible in 8:00 of:
- 200m run
- 20 kettlebell snatches, 35#. Any combination of left and right arm, totaling 20 reps

Immediately (as in, no rest at all) followed by another 8:00 AMRAP of what is known in Crossfit as "Cindy":
- 5 pullups
- 10 pushups
- 15 air squats
