- 200m run
- 20 kettlebell snatches, 35#. Any combination of left and right arm, totaling 20 reps
Immediately (as in, no rest at all) followed by another 8:00 AMRAP of what is known in Crossfit as "Cindy":
- 5 pullups
- 10 pushups
- 15 air squats
