Yesterday: 3.4-mile run
Today: 16 mile (very windy) road ride.
Sumo deadlift to high pull 115 lbs, 21, 15, 9 reps then ammo can lift from chest - overhead 35 lbs, 50 reps.

Went for a great 19-mile ride. It was a little chilly, but the wind wasn't anywhere near the 35 or 40 MPH gusts of the past couple days.
