    Sumo deadlift to high pull 115 lbs, 21, 15, 9 reps then ammo can lift from chest - overhead 35 lbs, 50 reps.

    Went for a great 19-mile ride. It was a little chilly, but the wind wasn't anywhere near the 35 or 40 MPH gusts of the past couple days.

    20 reps seated row
    20 reps bench press
    20 reps shoulder press
    20 reps curls
    20 reps tricep extensions
    3 minutes stationary bike
    20 reps leg extension
    20 reps leg curls
    20 reps calf raises
    8 pull-ups
    20 decline sit-ups
    3 minutes stationary bike

    A full body workout done MWF in 30 minutes. I do 30 minutes cardio on TF.
