P90X2 total body and ab ripper x2. Not a huge fan of the X2. I think I'll just go back to regular P90X.
...and I've been reading a lot about planks. Think I'm gonna start doin' 'em either along with or in place of crunches.
3 mile bike to exhaustion, superset of pullups and lats crosses. finish up with some freeweight cross-lunges and a casein and blueberry smoothie.
etiquette question: if a bro in the weight room is doing something new that you want to try/learn about, is it ok to ask for a demo and explanation?
