May have found shaving sub-nirvana

Shaved again last night with the Travel Tech and an Astra Superior Stainless. Paid much closer attention to technique, and I must say that even though I've been shaving with a DE for less than a month I'm pleasantly surprised with my progress. Best shave yet. I'd go so far as to say I've reached Shaving Sub-Nirvana. (Not quite to what I'd call Nirvana yet , I'm still chasing that elusive level of greatness). As I recall, this is my first extremely close shave with absolutely no irritation, not even any at the base of my neck, which has been a real trouble spot for me thus far. I think the super short handle on the Travel forces me to concentrate more on maintaining the proper blade angle. If you haven't tried one of these miniscule razors yet, I highly recommend one!

Glad to hear that you're getting good results with your tiny razor. If it works for you, stick with it for a while before you try another razor.
