Few weeks in... much better

Well, I'm a few weeks into this DE shaving thing, and I've been having trouble getting the area around my jawline and under my chin. Yesterday I looked at the pictures in this thread on blade angle, and today I pictured that angle and went slowly - and got the best shave I've had so far! Hurray! I was starting to think of going back to the fusion because the DE didn't seem to be cutting it ( ). But improving my technique and going slow are getting me towards that shaving nirvana of comfortable and closeness.

I recommend looking at that thread for all the new guys and thinking about it while you're working on your technique.

I am glad that you are finally getting great shaves from your DE razor. DE razors definitely gives you the best shave however it takes time. You will see that your shave will get better as your technique gets better.
