Litt's Multi-Blade Razor.

I found one of these...

...in great condition for a buck and a half today. They were made from 1910-1922 but does anyone have an idea if I can buy a disposable razor that will fit in there? What about Feather or Dovo's blade systems?

Just from eyeballing your picture, the Feather AC blades would be too small both length-wise and width-wise. I have no idea about those Dovo Green/Black sized blades. How are blades inserted into this razor and what holds them in place?
