New Georgetown G-5

Monday my new Ivroy G-5 from Georgetown came in and it is beautiful sight. Tuesday morning I got to give it good try. I use a hot pot to heat my water so I filled the outside bowl, put the stopper in and put hot waster in the inside bowl for my brush to soak in. After brushing my teeth and my normal prep I worked up a good lather. The ridges inside whipped it up quick and the lip around the top kept it all inside. Did my normal 2 pass and then cleanup. Everything was good and hot. I thought I would leave it out till I finished my shower to see how warm it would stay. After I showered, the brush and lather was still plenty warm enough for another shave. With all the reviews about the Georgetown Scuttles getting cold to quick, I think the small round hole and the stopper must help. I would more than recomend the G-5 to anyone.

What was your wait-time from when you ordered to when it was delivered? Mine is coming up on 3.5 weeks, and I'm a little salty about it. :(

just about 3 1/2 weeks. They were behind on making them when I ordered mine. So I was told

I am so glad to hear this. I have a Ivory one that is going to be part of my birthday present. I have heard how besutiful it is... But I can't see or use it till the big day.
