You probably tried to get the same results that you got from the feather, and you used more pressure. Agreed. I think that the Feathers just suited your face better, and you maybe applied too much pressure and shaved at a more aggressive angle without knowing it. But, I wouldn't count them out just yet--give them another shot or two, maybe finish up the pack, and then decide. Perhaps you just got a couple of bad blades. It does happen.
