Whatever Kyle likes, lol...
I find Trumper's smells better the longer I have it on.

I like to take any bay rum and mix with witch hazel, 70% wh 30% bay rum.
Tomorrow is one more day
Ogalla is heavenly!
I haven't try Ogalla but Pinaud BayRum is great.

None of the bay rums I've used have been particularly long-lasting. But fleeting as it might be, I really like the scent. I regularly use both the Ogallala AS and cologne and the Bigelow's ASB. On me, at least, the Ogallala AS lasts longer and smells stronger than the cologne.
Next on the to-buy list is the Pinaud Bay Rum ...
This thread almost got me...I had Ogallala Bay Rum added to my cart and almost did it...

DR Harris
I'm a fan of DR Harris. It's not economical, but the quality of the scent and aftershave is outstanding, to me at least.
On the cost effective side, I've always like Masters.
I'm a longtime fan of HBG Bay Rum. It lasts all day and smells fantastic. It's got a good dose of alcohol but also has aloe and chamomile so it soothes nicely.
Ogallala has a great set where you can get generous 2oz samples of their colognes and aftershaves. I just got this in the mail yesterday & it's lovely. They even included an extra bonus of their air freshener & some soap! It all came for around $20 shipped so there's really no reason to use up the Pinaud first...
Grandson of an Italian barber. Must have this in my blood.
I have several different Bay Rums but Ogallala rules! I love their Limes & Peppercorns the most.

Burt's Bees...
Body soap, ASB, Cologne, all awesome. Just avoid the shaving soap.
Superior 70 is my favorite for smell and feel, but it has zero tenacity--which I like. Nothing is more economical though.
Dominica is probably as pure, stronger, more expensive, but not cost prohibitive.
Ogallaga is great in all forms, except, for me, the reserve. Regular AS is my fav among them.
Pinaud is a classic!

I really havn't found a bay rum that I don't like but my favorites are in this order--
1. Pinaud Bay Rum--an excellent product--love it!
2. Superior 70--I love it because it's 180* out of phase with Pinaud--just a pure bay essence that smells great, feels fantastic and you can lay it on heavy--and it's not overpowering...can't recommend it highly enough..
3. Ogallala A/S---great feel and scent--the BR cologne is dynamite too.
4. Dominica--very good pure bay essence and seems like a "higher end" bay rum.
5. Burt's Bees BR Balm--a unique BR scent and very soothing to the skin. This was my first exposure to Bay Rum...
6. Master's--doesn't knock my socks off, but it's ok...does have a nice soothing feel to it.
I still want to try Gabels and Dominica Lime. I forgot to mention Royall---expensive but a very fine product indeed. I like this one also!
