    OK...let's go on the road.
I didn't take this actual pic...I couldn't find a place to pull over and it was very cloudy and misty when I rode through...so I snatched one from the net.

Thats the Linn Cove Viaduct on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Lots of nice hiking trails nearby.

    Bingo!

I rode the Blue Ridge Parkway a couple of years ago on my way to the Smoky Mountains and beyond. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. A great ride on two wheels!

    Your turn.

Agreed, it is the ideal bike ride. Here is a shot I took a couple of years ago as fall was arriving

Here is a shot at a distance, to give some perspective against Grandfather mountain:

Correct. Day one of Wimbledon a couple of years back, on one of the very high number courts (low ranking players) in between centre court and court one. Even though these were relatively low ranked players, the level of play was quite good.
The photo is of Aiko Nakamura of Japan serving against M. Sucha of Slovakia

Nope. 2nd Hint: Not in Europe. If you are able to save the picture and enlarge it, there is a "crest" under the flag that may help determine the country.
