    http://www.fendrihan.com/
It's a great site. Well designed and easy to fonction. The prices are quite reasonable and for us Canadians it may be the simplest option.

+1 for bestgroomingtools.com, amazing customer service.

west coast shaving has a nice variety of merchandise with good prices and customer service.

I purchased from royalshave.com once, and they were very good as well.

I don't think you can go wrong with most of the vendors talked about here. I've had good luck with West Coast Shaving, Shaving Essentials, Rasage Poulin, Shaveabuck, Lee's Razors, Pauldog, Dr.Idiot, MiN New York, Sesto Senso, Best Grooming Tools, Colonel's Shaveshop, and Vintage Scent. Maybe some others I'm forgetting. It all depends on what you want to order and who has what you want. Often times one vendor will have something others don't so ordering from more than one vendor happens a lot.
