Appears to be unused.... nary a scratch....I'm guessing an Old knock of...quite pretty...any info out there???

Back in the day Gillette had a army of lawyers at the ready as there were hordes of copy cats infringing on Gillettes patents and designs.
Many of these companies were only in business for a short time.
If Gillette couldn't sue them they'd often buy them.
