drying soap

How dry is your soap when you put it away?

I was thinking if I put the lid on right after I use it, doesn't it get soggy and harvest more germs?

Right now I'm leaving the lid off until I come home from work, so it air-dry about 10 hr. before I store it.

I melt my soap into a bowl so I don't have water under the soap on the bottom of the bowl ( I think )

How about you?

i leave the lid off for a few hours, then put it back on and put it away.

I dont think you really have to worry about germs, im not sure how well germs would do growing in soap
