    Default Blade clean up question

It occurred to me this morning to ask this. Does/has anyone used a media blaster to clean up a blade? I know that you can get the smaller guns on ebay fairly cheaply, I was just wondering if they are a good or bad idea. I can see that it could damage the blade, being so thin, but I was wondering if it could be used if one were careful, instead of all the sanding.

Stick with sandpaper. even if you beadblast, you will have sand the blade after beadblasting anyways.

stick with the handwork, you'll be a lot happier in the long run.
