Please help recommend me a new razor

I started shaving with a Merkur Futur as my first DE and have been using the Progress for about the last 7-8 mos.

I love the Progress...just wish there was a non-adjustable razor equal to the aggressiveness that I desire (I shave at a 4-4.5 setting on my Progress).

Any recommendations? TIA

Looks like a UK red tip will be closest in a non-adjustable (at least among those razors that were measured for the chart)

The two Merkur Slants (the HD 37C and Barberpole 39C) are fairly aggressive razors. What's wrong with an adjustable if it achieves the proper shave?

Up until recently, I would've said nothing. But lately I've noticed the tip moving and adjustment going up to around 5. Granted it still isn't really causing me irritation or nicks but I just wanted something with a fixed setting so to avoid this issue.

That said, the Cooncat tip that I had didn't have this issue as much because it was a round tip as opposed to the standard yellow tip on the Progress which has edges.

Wow, this is superb! I had checked out many of sections of the wiki but this is the first time I'm seeing this chart. Thank you!
