New to DE shaving and have selected a Jagger DE89L. Best grooming is currently out of stock. Does anyone know where I can get one other than Best grooming in the U.S.

Also new to B&B.

Welcome! You can try Fendrihan, or order from TheEnglishShavingCompany. If they are out of stock too, then you really can't go wrong with the Ebony or Ivory handles either.

A couple weeks ago, Bestgrooming told me they expected the jagger shipment by the 20th or so. Guess it's late, but shoot them an email. They're pretty quick to answer. I've been waiting for them to restock another jagger model. I wasn't in a hurry for it and just decided to wait.
