After finishing several series by Isaac Asimov, I am now reading 'The Idiot' by Fyodor Dostoevsky. The incidents of my having to re-read passages has increased dramatically.

I'm finishing Eisenhower in War and Peace by Jean Edward Smith (2012). Readable, exhaustively researched and supported. One of the best books I've ever read on 20th Century history. Smith provides many facts regarding WWII and Ike's presidency that challenge our prior understanding. Highly recommended.
