Checking in. 20 shaves with my godrej shaving round (50g puck) and I can finally see a dent in it.



I have come to realise that this is the best method to use any soap/cream. Over the past 20 shaves I have really understood this soap, and I'm getting some of my best lathers with it!

If I have to pick a flaw with the soap, and I'm nitpicking here, is that it leaves more soap residue on the razor than my other other soaps/creams!

However to be completely honest, I'm tempted to try some creams that I recently purchased. Maybe I'll wander from my 3017 routine for a day or two! Maybe.. Just maybe!!

The initial weight of my RR tub (without lid) was 149g. I know that an empty tub weighs roughly 37g, giving me 112g of soap.

I am averaging 2g a shave, so I expect the tub to give me nearly 56 shaves. I won't be using any other soap in 2014, it seems.
