I really have no problem getting a good lather from Mitchell's. Soaking it in water prior to loading helps making an excellent lather.

Had a GREAT shave today by face lathering the Maca Root cream. Only thing is, I don't have a brush I love to use for face lathering right now. I might have to pick up a dedicated brush for that.

I had a MWF container in an old spice mug a few months ago, but when i tryed to switch containers, it exploded and went everywhere..........

Note to self: don't move a grated soap to a different container.

So looking forward to this. I will be making this my first 3017 attempt of a almost full puck

I'm able to get a very stable and well hydrated lather, but it just isn't top shelf for me. Lots of slickness, but dries easily and has little cushion. That's a 45 second load and face lathering.

As much as I am a big fan of the old AOS, I 3017 a puck of the new formulation and found it quite nice. If Trumpers and TOBS had used this formula, they would have a much better rep than they have currently. Although I won't need to buy soap for a few years, I would not hesitate on this one.
