    Looks like a handle for Atra or Trac II cartridges.

    Almost ok, Harry. Trac II but not Atra.

    Correct. I had one nearly identical to this, and it was a very heavy handle.

    I have one like this, stamped with an Old Spice logo on the side. As John said, very heavy handle but works well with Trac II cartridges.

    I had a Merkur handle just like that. Holds twin blade cartridge. The Merkur had an adapter for various blade styles.
    Ah come on, Just ONE more shave!
