Looks like the Ice Age is coming back.
We now have incontrovertible proof to show that CO2 pollution is causing this new ice age......
Low sunspot activity = drop in global temperatures.
what i can see of Ireland still looks pretty green ... emerald, in fact. Maybe someone upstairs has it in for Old Blighty?? 
I guess the "cool Britannia" campaign has finally paid off.
I love collecting high resolution satellite images for my desktop wallpapers. I'm going to try and track this down -- if not, I'll pull from my bag of tricks to make this work because that's one unbelievable image.

yes thanks, it's back to being grey again. the saddest thing is how just a few inches of snow every year turns our media in to a frenzy of over statement, you would think the world was about to end. maybe they should watch 'ice truckers' on discovery to put things in to perspective a little!
